Marian D. Schellag, age 94, of Jackson Twp. passed away Friday, October 21, 2011.

She was born May 25, 1917, the daughter of the late James and Anna (Bryce) Anderson.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Vincent DePaul Society, and the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary. Marian enjoyed crocheting and cross stitching.

Marian is survived by her daughter, Sandy Guzzetta, eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Schellag; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Ann and Clete Peters; grandson, Steven A. Guzzetta; seven brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 25 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heitger Funeral Service - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St NE.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, at 10:00 AM with Rev. Raymond Paul celebrant.

Burial at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Massillon.
