Marie C. Kracker, age 94 of Massillon, died Sunday, November 27, 2016.  She was born December 24, 1921, in Massillon the daughter of  the late Joseph and Lena (Frank) Krantz .  Marie retired from First Savings & Loan in Massillon in 1987.  She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Rosary Altar Society, Columbian Ladies Guild, AARP Chapter #3968 and Auxiliary of DAV.  Marie is survived by daughters, Marilyn R. Longworth and Janet M.(Thomas) Stalder; grandchildren, Michael (Sarah) Longworth , Timothy (Amanda) Longworth, Linda (Michael) Pudloski, Jill (Jason) McDaniel, Brian (Christina) Stalder and Kevin Stalder, and nine great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Raymond J. Kracker; brothers, Leo J. (Toots) Krantz and Paul W. (Grace) Krantz and Harold F. (Pauline) Krantz.  Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by Fr. Edward Gretchko, Pastor of St. Mary Catholic Church at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 127 Cherry Road N.E., Massillon on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 11 A.M.  Burial to follow the service at Calvary Cemetery.  Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 from  6-8 PM, at Heitger Funeral Home, 639 First St. N.E., Massillon.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary's Church Restoration, 726 First St. N.E., Massillon, OH 44646 or Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Ave. S.W., New Philadelphia, OH 44663.  The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospitality House and Community Hospice for the special care given to their mother.  Please leave condolences to the family here at this site.
