Marjorie E. Hollender, age 86 of Massillon, died Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Hanover House.

She was born March 7, 1926 in Massillon, the daughter of the late Casimer and Amelia Eaglowski.

Marjorie retired from Shady Lawn Nursing Home after 30 years of service. She was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church.

Marjorie is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Patrick 'Rick' and Stacey Hollender, David and Stephanie Hollender both of Massillon; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Shawn Slater of North Canton; brother and sister-in-law, Peter and Nina Eaglowski of Massillon, grandson Shane Slater and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald F. Hollender, three brothers and seven sisters.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 14 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Heitger Funeral Service - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St NE.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 14, 2012 at St. Barbara Catholic Church, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Thomas Cebula officiating.
