Martha W. Litman, age 77, of Massillon, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2011 following an extended illness.

She was born in Paintlick, KY, February 18, 1934, the daughter of the late Timothy and Miranda (West) Lacks.

Martha was a member of Central Baptist Church and enjoyed puzzles and sudoku.

She is survived by her sons Kelley (Avie) Litman Jr., Timothy (Beverly) Litman, John (Linda) Litman, Eric Litman, Gregory (Pamela) Litman and Paul (Lori) Litman all of Massillon, brother Gerald Lacks and sister Geraldine 'Gerry' Taylor both of Louisville, KY, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Kelley Litman Sr., grandson Kelley Litman, brothers Clarence, Tom and Ralph Lacks, and sisters Clarice Johnson and Ruby Thompson.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at 10 A.M. at HEITGER FUNERAL SERVICE - MASSILLON CHAPEL with Pastor Randy Newcomer officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 19, 2011 from 6 to 8 P.M. and from 9 to 10 A.M. on Wed. prior to the funeral.
