Mary Lou Daugherty, age 80 of Perry Township, Massillon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2025. She was born January 6, 1945, in Navarre, to the late Ralph Jogerst  and Irene (Cincinat) Jogerst. Mary Lou loved to cook and bake and was excellent at both. She took pride in being a homemaker and raising her four children. She was especially proud of her 13 grandchildren. When her children were grown, Mary Lou worked as a home health aide for the elderly and the Danbury North Canton, where she was very loved by the people she cared for. She is also preceded in death by her siblings, Patti Archinal, Gary Jogerst, Gaylia Wallar, and Betty Warstler. Mary Lou is survived by her four children, Todd (Diane) Daugherty, Kim (Stephen) Matasich, Denise (Bo) Watts, Scott (Stacy) Daugherty; 13 grandchildren, James, Jake, Sam, Karli, Zach, Hanna, Sophie, Braden, Ethan, Payton, Sheldyn, Landon, and Everett. She is also survived by her sister, Connie (Dave) Kerby and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 11 AM at Holy Family Parish - St. Clement Campus, 216 Wooster St NE, Navarre.  Friends may call one hour prior from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the church.
