Mary Ellen Clara
Liebermann

Mary Ellen Clara Liebermann, age 83 of Jackson Twp., passed away peacefully at Affinity Medical Center in Massillon on Saturday evening September 15, 2012 following an illness of six months. Together they owned and operated Liebermann's Bakery from 1968 to 2004.
'Behind every successful man is a successful woman' was never more true and George affectionately nicknamed her MEL, using her initials but all the while stating it really meant 'My Everlasting Love'. She was 'Always A Tiger' loyal fan and game night would find her immersed in the radio or TV broadcast. She was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Edward Peter Runser and Marian C. (Fetzer) Runser, brother James C. Runser, an infant brother Robert, an infant son and her husband George Ernest Liebermann.

Sue Ellen Colby of Massillon, Jeanie Liebermann of Jackson Twp., Lori (Robert) Miller of Massillon, and Linda Liebermann of Jackson Twp., grandchildren Lisa Webster, Michael Darragh, Joe Darragh, Kelly Robinson, Anthony Liebermann, David Liebermann, George Liebermann, Henry Liebermann, Andrew Liebermann and Angela Nabors, great-grandchildren Jonathan Webster, Maegan Webster, Benjamin Webster , Mary Ellen Webster, Aurora Robinson and William Robinson.
Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 10 A.M. at St. Barbara Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. In accordance of Mary Ellen's wishes, there will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Hospice, 408 9th St. S.W., Canton, Ohio 44707 , www.myhospice.org 330-493-0126.
