Maxine K. Hamilton, age 77, of Canal Fulton passed away on January 5, 2022 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center.

She was born November 29, 1944 in Lore City, the daughter of the late, Heber and Ada (Morris) Ankrom.

She graduated from Timken Vocational High School.

Maxine retired from Diebold where she worked for 47 years.

She is a member of the Sons and Daughters of Herman, the Moose, and McKinley Eagles.

She enjoyed bowling, playing euchre, skiing, music, and line dancing.

Maxine is survived by her husband, George "Sonny" Hamilton; daughter, Debbie (Chris) Jenkins; sisters, Donna (John) Phillip and Deloris Wissmar; three grandchildren, Steven, Aaron, and Anna Jenkins; several nephews and one niece.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wilbert Williamson; son, Wayne Williamson.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave NW, from 11am to Noon.

Funeral services will follow at Noon at the funeral home.

Following the service burial will take place at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
