Patricia M. Rinder, age 84 of Massillon, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022. She was born November 20, 1937, in Massillon, the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Stormfelts) Tournoux. Patricia was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and an advocate for Right to Life.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending family time at Atwood Lake.  For many years, she was a season ticket holder for her favorite sports teams; the Cleveland Browns and the Massillon Tigers. Patricia is survived by her husband of 65 years, Warren Rinder, daughter Renee (Erick) Murawski; sons, Patrick (Carol) Rinder, Bill (Theresa) Rinder and Christopher (Leah) Rinder.  She was a loving grandmother and her grandchildren meant the world to her.  She has 8 grandchildren, Zachary Rinder, Luke (Heather) Shilling, Melissa Kennedy, Nicole (David) Abdul, Michael Rinder, John (Katie) Rinder, Kristin (John) Murray and Corey Pietrowski and thirteen great-grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 5 to 7 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 11 A.M. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Massillon. Burial to follow the service in St. Joseph Cemetery.
