Patty L. Mahoney, age 79, passed away on October 21, 2015 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center following a lengthy illness.

She was born August 24, 1936 in East Greenville, daughter of the late Elmer and Frances (Wilson) Hindley.

She and her husband owned and operated J. C. Mahoney and Sons Trucking.

Patty Girl will always be remembered by her friends and family for the beautiful home made cards she made.

Patty is survived by her husband of 59 years, Joe Mahoney of Massillon, sons Duane Mahoney of Strasburg, Rick Mahoney of Louisville, Tim (Jennifer) Mahoney of Strasburg, daughter Joleen (Patrick) Tombow of Massillon, grandchildren Meagan Mahoney, Tyler Mahoney, Alex, Blake and Reid Tombow, Kellie Mahoney, Brandon Mahoney and her very special pet Liberty.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Joan Iams and brother Blaine Hindley.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
