Paul E. Ake Jr., age 57 of Canal Fulton, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born June 28, 1965, in Akron the son of Paul and Pauline (Bosio) Ake. Paul graduated from Coventry High School in 1983. Paul was a machinist working at Alcon Tool Company. Paul's favorite things to do were spend time with his family and grandsons and hang out in his garage with his dog, Roxxi, while drinking ice cold Busch Light. He loved his classic cars and tinkering in the garage with his son. He also loved bragging about his daughter driving an 18 wheeler. Paul is survived by his loving wife, Deanna L. Ake of 33 years; son, Kevin (Shannan) Ake; daughter, Jessi Ake; grandsons, Benjamin and Karson, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and beloved friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul E. Ake Sr., brothers-in-law, Mark McPherson and  Daniel Spitznas, parents-in-law, Edna McPherson and Charlie Spitznas as well as great friend, Janet Ellinwood. As per Paul's wishes no services will be held, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
