Paul "Jim" Kiefer, age 90, died Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Affinity Medical Center.

He was born July 9, 1925, in Massillon the son of the late Conrad and Edna (Kracker) Kiefer.

Jim was a Navy veteran serving during WWII.

He owned and operated Kiefer's Sohio for 48 years.

He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and enjoyed biking and golfing.

Jim is survived by sons, Randall (Sandy) Kiefer, Kelly (Sue) Kiefer; daughter, Stacey (Rick) Hollender; sisters-in-law, Tess Kiefer, Jean Kiefer; grandchildren  Alex Kiefer, Alyssa (Michael) Barchalk, Karey (Thom) Ross and Corey (Dana) Kiefer; great-grandchildren Olivia, Connor and Kyle Ross and Caden and Camryn Kiefer.

He was preceded in death by wife, "Kitty" (Hillyer) Kiefer; brothers, Richard and Donald Kiefer.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebranted by Fr. Edward Gretchko , Pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Church and Fr. Brian Cline, Pastor of St. Barbara Catholic Church and will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at St. Barbara Catholic Church, 2813 Lincoln Way NW, Massillon, Ohio 44647,  at 11 A.M.  Visitation will be from 10 to 11 A.M. at the church prior to mass.

Burial to follow at Rosehill Memorial Gardens in Massillon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, 726 First St. N.E., Massillon, Ohio  44646
