Paul D. Rowlands, age 89 of Massillon passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015.

He was born April 2, 1926 in Macksurg, Ohio son of the late Dora and Eva (Daniels) Rowlands.

Paul retired from Wiser Oil Company and had formerly worked for Ceres Feed and Supply Company.

Model A's were his passion and he loved working on them.  He belonged to Penn Ohio Model A Group.  He and his late wife, Florence (Glossen) Rowlands traveled most of the Eastern United States and Canada with the Model A. Group.

He is survived by many nieces and nephews including Clement (Ruth) Rook, Ronald Rook and James Rook, nieces Karen Sanor and Joan Burtt and sister-in-law Gerri Huprick.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by sisters Altha Rook, Shella Ward, brothers Wayne and Howard Rowlands.

Calling hours will be Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 6 to 8 at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St. N.E.

Per his wishes, funeral services will be private and at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
