Raymond M. Houle, 53, of Jackson Twp. passed away May 21, 2011.

He was born August 9, 1957 in Akron. Ray spent several years in San Diego before returning to the Akron area and settling in Jackson Township.

Ray was a line leader for Ohio Edison and just celebrated his 20th year with the company.

He was a member of I.B.E.W #1194.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Houle, children, Melissa and Nick Burss, Shaun and Brittany Houle, Christina and Dave Case, Raymond Wilson, Jacob Wilson, and Emily Wilson; mother, Lucille Evans; sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Jack Schaffer; four grandchildren, Zachary and Justine Burss, Grant and Gage Houle.

Ray was preceded in death by his father, Raymond F. Houle; grandparents, Florida and Frances Houle, and Fernette and Ralph Snyder.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Heitger Funeral Service - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave NW, Massillon, OH 44646 at 11 AM.

Relatives and Friends will be received on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Heitger's Jackson Chapel from 4 PM to 7 PM.
