Richard Steve Conley, age 82, died December 21, 2023 at his residence.
He was born December 19, 1941 in Barberton, Ohio, the son of the late Victor and Mary Frances (Justice) Conley.
Richard is survived by his wife of 62 years, Bonnie; children, Richard Conley Jr., Shawn Michael Conley, Michelle Lynn (Michael) Walker, Susan Kathleen "Katie" Conley; grandchildren, Joselyne, Shawn, Kyle, Brianna, Jacob, Emma, Alex and Sarah; and great-grandson Nathan.
He retired from Goodyear Aerospace (Meggitt) in 2000 with 33 years service.
He was a member of Church of the Lakes Global Methodist, Canton, Ohio.
Richard enjoyed a 41 year membership with the Akron Square and Round Dance Federation where he danced with Swing-a-Lings, Canton; Track II, Portage Lakes; and supported lessons at Norton Grand Squares.
Thanks for 24 years of support from Drs. Brian Griffin and Alan Lichtin of Cleveland Clinic Main Campus; Pastor Bryan George of The Church of the Lakes; and Jackie Parker of Green, Ohio, the one who kept him handsomely well groomed for 42 years.
