Richard "Rocky" Kemp, age 66 of Massillon, passed away Monday, October 26, 2020 at Meadow Wind Health Care Center.
He was born October 25, 1954, in  the son of the late Edward and Marion (Sanders) Kemp.
Rocky retired from Republic after 28 years of service.
Rocky is survived by his brothers Jerald Kemp and William Kemp Sr., and several nieces and nephews and extended family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Edward Carl Kemp, Jr. and Jeffrey Kemp.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 7 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St. N.E., Massillon, Ohio  44646.
Calling hours will be held at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 6 P.M.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to continue to feed the birds at Meadow Wind Health Care Center, 300 - 23rd St. N.E., Massillon, Ohio  44646.
