Roberta I. Manzella, age 84, formerly of Massillon, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022 surrounded by her family.
She was born January 15, 1938, the daughter  of the late Robert and Isabel (Pearson) Maxhimer.
Roberta has worked at Dalton and Tuslaw Local Schools as a bus driver.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church and American Legion Post # 221.  She enjoyed her monthly meetings with her alumni from Washington Class of 1956.
Roberta is survived by her husband of 65 years, Frank A. Manzella; daughters, Anita (Steve) Clawson, Toni (Dave) Rorick, Sue (Charles) Cross, and Lisa (Larry) Myers; brothers, Jim and Bill Maxhimer; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Shirley Rose, Carolyn Davis and Donna Gresh,
Memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 7 P.M.,  at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel with Rev. Dr. David Oliver Pastor of First United Methodist Church in Massillon, officiating.
Calling hours will be help prior to the service at the funeral home from 6 to 7 P.M.
