Roger A. Musser, age 78 of North Lawrence, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Akron General Medical Center.
He was born July 16, 1938, in Akron the son of the late Philip and Ruth (Bower) Musser.
Roger retired from Tom Clarke Inc. in Barberton after 45 years of service; he also ran his own custom car home shop Fiberglass Fantasies.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Seville.  Roger loved custom cars, car shows, cruising, and NASCAR.  He enjoyed model trains, horses, bluegrass, and country music.  Playing Santa and decorating his house for Christmas were highlights of the year for him.
Roger is survived by two daughters, Shana (Larry) Coburn, Heidi Franciscotty; son, Brian (Kathy) Musser; grandchildren, Brian "B" and Ruthie Musser; step-grandchildren Alan and Nichole; and his girlfriend, Marge Bistor.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Musser.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St NE from 5 to 8 pm.
A committal service will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at Butterbridge Farms Cemetery, 5542 Butterbridge Rd NW in Canal Fulton at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Happy Trails Pet Sanctuary or Hattie Larlham.
