Rosemarie Trenjan, age 84 of Canton, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Brewster Parke. She was born September 12, 1941, in Massillon,  the daughter of the late Frank and Rose Ann (Rachan) Trenjan. She was a graduate of Central Catholic, Notre Dame in Cleveland, and obtained her master's in education from Ohio State University. She taught in Orange School District and Central Catholic.   Rosemarie moved to Columbus where she was a textbook editor working for Charles Merrill and McGraw Hill. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, where she was a lector, and involved with the bereavement and hospitality committees.  She loved her Croatian heritage and was a member of the Zivili Croation Folk Group where she danced, and played music.  Rosemarie enjoyed playing the piano for the Dominican Sisters at Regina Health Care in Richfield. Rosemarie also enjoyed going to concerts and working outside in the garden. Rosemarie is survived by sisters-in-law, Sally Trenjan and Peggy Blanchard; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Frank J. Trenjan. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at Guardian Angels Parish - St. Joan of Arc Campus, 4940 Tuscarawas St. West at 11:00 am with Rev. Bryan Tutas. Burial to follow the service at St. Clements Cemetery in Navarre. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Joan of Arc or Central Catholic School.
