Ruth J. Stewart, age 90, passed away Friday, March 20, 2015 at Chapel Hill Community in Canal Fulton.

She was born April 23, 1924 in Sylva, NC, the daughter of the late John Bedford and Beulah (Patterson) Bradley.

Ruth was a homemaker, who loved reading and quilting.
She was a member of Apostolic Lighthouse Tabernacle in Perry Twp.

Ruth is survived by sons, Terry Stewart, Michael (Mary) Stewart, David (Elaine) Stewart; daughter, Sandra (Dennis) Maschmeier; brother, Jack (Shirley) Bradley, John Bradley; sister, June Murphy; step sisters, Pauline Bolling, Henrietta Carnes; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Eugene Stewart (2010); grandson, Benjamin Stewart; sister, Nina Whiteside; brothers, Abe, Pat, Burt, Wesley, and Carl Bradley; step mother, Myrtle Bradley, step brother, Bud Robinson; step sister, Bonnie Fraley.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 24 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Heitger Funeral Home Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Rd NW.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Heitger Funeral Service - Jackson Chapel, at 11AM.

Burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Massillon.
