Samuel (Sam) Kragalott, age 89 of Jackson Twp., passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, December 13, 2021. He was born November 25, 1932, in Canton, Ohio, the son of the late Milan and Amelia (Ranick) Kragalott. Sam retired from the South Park Title Agency in Warren, Ohio as a title agent, totaling over 40 years of service in this industry.  He also was a former co-owner of the Old Landmark Tavern located in North Industry, Ohio for many years. Sam was a member of St. George Serbian Orthodox Church.  He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns/Indians and all Ohio State and Canton McKinley High School sports.  He was an accomplished amateur golfer, and in his younger years, he won numerous league titles. What Sam enjoyed most was spending time with his family (especially his grandsons) and close friends.  He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Jeanette (Rossetti) Kragalott; son and daughter-in-law, Samuel R. Kragalott and Marietta M. Pavlidis; daughter and son-in-law, Michele Kragalott and Tom DiFerdinando; three grandsons, Sam, Alex, and Milan Kragalott;  sister and brother-in-law, Zora and Earl Grove; and many special nieces, nephews and extended family. In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by his brothers, Stephen and Robert Kragalott, and his best friend, Tom Antenucci. A private family service will be held on Saturday, December 18,2021 at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel. His final place of rest will be Sunset Memory Gardens.
