Steven L. Brownewell, age 58 of Lake Cable, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Aultman Hospital.

He was born October 10, 1954, the son of Shirley J. (Darling) and the late Donald A. Brownewell.

Steve was a retired engineer for the Division of Safety and Hygiene, Bureau of Workers Compensation after 27 years of service.

He was a member of Church of the Lakes United Methodist Church.

Steven is survived by his wife, Holly (Brown) Brownewell, daughter, Jeanne Brownewell; brother, Brian Brownewell; sister, Terrie (Martin) Craig.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard "Rick" Brownewell.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 26 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Church Of The Lakes United Methodist Church, 5944 Fulton Dr. NW, Canton, with a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Deuber Elementary School.
