Steven P. Wentzel, age 56, of Jackson Twp., passed away at his home, unexpectedly on Monday, January 15, 2024. He was born March 17, 1967, in Canton, and was a graduate of Jackson High School and Kent State University. Steven worked for Domino's Pizza for many years. Steven  is survived by his parents, Thomas and Larene (Slicker) Wentzel; sister, Connie (Rick) Holla; brother, Tim Wentzel; nieces Jessica Holla and Julianne (Tim) Wohlheter; great-nephews, Garrett and Emmett Wohlheter; and a host of many friends from school and work. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 11:30 A.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, with Fr. Ed Gretchko officiating.  Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 to 11:30 A.M. at the funeral home. His final place of rest will be Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Massillon.
