Sylvia "Sibby" Henderson DeVecka passed over into God's heavenly home on August 5, 2018.
Sylvia is survived by beloved daughter, Linda (Gordon) Hinsch of Woodville, Ohio; brothers, Earl and Carl Henderson of Massillon and Navarre. Also she leaves her special friends and her great Pals, Duke and Cocoa her Shih Tzu's.
She is preceded in death by father, Arnell W. Henderson and mother, Irma F. (Allensworth) Henderson and beloved son, Rick Daniels and three sisters, Ruth, Jean (George) Matako, and Betty (Chuck) Schultz; three brothers, Bill (Carol) Henderson, Robert (June) Henderson and Warren Henderson.
Sibby was known for her love of feeding friends and family.  She enjoyed baking and making candy.  She liked experimenting with recipes.  Sibby enjoyed her kitchen time.
She was a people person, loved people and was an animal lover.  Her animals were family to her.
Sibby loved her Lord and spent special time in God's Word and in prayer.
Her children were the best part of her life and were her life.  Rick was loved and never forgotten.  Linda is the apple of her eye and was so proud of her.
Graveside service is at Brookfield Cemetery on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 10 AM.
Visitation will be August 9, 2018 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Heitger Massillon Chapel, 639 1st St NE, Massillon.
