Sylvia Rohr, age 81., passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013 following a brief illness. She was born on August 23, 1931 in Evansville, Indiana and had lived in Jackson Twp. most of her life. She had belonged to Brookside Country Club where she played tennis and golf. She enjoyed aerobics and playing bridge.

Sylvia is survived by her husband Richard M. Rohr with whom she had just celebrated her 61 year anniversary on December 29., her son Richard K. Rohr of Stuart, FL, daughter and son-in-law Susan and Leo Teel of Georgia, brother Robert Weinland of Lake Cable, sister Dorothy Johnson of Canal Fulton, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2013 from 10 to 12 Noon at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Av. N.W., Massillon.
