Thelma A. Perdue, 84 of Jackson Twp. passed away peacefully March 9, 2013.

She was born December 1, 1928 in Wheeling, WV, the daughter of the late Valentine and Amelia Martin.

She retired from the Hoover Company.

She loved her family and cooking for family get togethers, and gardening at her Lake Cable home.

Thelma is survived by her husband of 62 years, Neal Perdue; daughters, Kathy (Ken) Brown, Karen (Bill) Parker; son, Jay Perdue; two sisters, Sylvia (Chester) Dimmerling, Bernice Reister; five grandchildren, Jodi, Jamie, Christopher, Jessi, and Scott; six great-grandchildren, Taylor, Drew, Carter, Chandler, Sophie, and Isaiah.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters, daughter-in-law, Cathy Perdue.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
