Thomas M. Demchak, age 77, of Massillon, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026.

He was born June 24, 1948, in Canton, the son of the late Michael and Mildred (Frantz) Demchak.

Thomas served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Era and was stationed in Germany for four years.

Thomas retired from Timken Co. after 38 years of service.

He enjoyed golfing at Tam O'Shanter and was a golf member at Sable Creek Golf Course where he got three "Hole In Ones". The was a fan of the Cleveland Guardians and Cavaliers.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 54 years, Linda (Easter) Demchak; children, Andrea (Ron) Friend, Angela (Brad) Hoeft; grandchildren, Casandra (Josh), Bodhi, and Avery (Alec); siblings, Theresa Demchak, Michael (Jana) Demchak, Suzanne (David) Theis, James Demchak, Jeffrey (Lani) Demchak; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Calling hours will be held on THURSDAY, April 2, 2026, from 6 to 6:30 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - MASSILLON CHAPEL.

Memorial service will follow and begin at 6:30 P.M.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Central Catholic Alumni Association.
