Thomas "Fred" Dugan, age 85 of Jackson Township, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026 at home surrounded by his family.

He was born March 28, 1940, in Akron, the son of the late George and Susan (Fowler) Dugan.

Fred retired from BF Goodrich after 40 years, 6 months, 8 days as a sheet metal construction worker.

He loved to play golf, bowl, and fish.

Fred is survived by his wife, Linda Dugan; daughters, Laura (Nick) Maroukis, Sandra (Eddie) Alix; step-children, Steve (Marcia) Victor; Terri Sue (Greg) Fraumann, Joe (Kelli) Victor; grandchildren, Shaun (Cheryl), Nikki, Nicholas, Milan, Kayla (Dominic), Cody, Victoria, Sofia, Roxi, and Joey; brother, Steve (Dagmar) Dugan; sister-in-law, Tari Dugan.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Bob Dugan.

Cremation has taken place.
