Thomas E. Perkins, age 68, of Massillon, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 16, 2024.
He was born July 21, 1956, in Massillon, Ohio, the son of the late Arnett and Ernestine (Thomas) Perkins.
Thomas had worked for The Workshops, Inc.   He enjoyed listening to music and collected records and also collected calendars.
He is survived by his brothers, Melvin Perkins of Arkansas; Myron "Rick" Perkins of Massillon; sister Mary Louise Robinson of Arkansas; quite a few nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends of his group home.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Marion Perkins.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024 at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, from 10-10:30AM.
Memorial service will follow beginning at 10:30AM at the funeral home.
His final place of rest will be Massillon Cemetery.
