Timothy 'Tim' J. Kern, age 47, of Jackson Twp, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2011. He formerly worked for Sadie Renee's and Domino's Pizza of Canal Fulton and was currently employed by Speedway in Massillon. He was a dedicated coach with Holly Hills Baseball Association and other Plain Local Baseball Organizations. He had a great love of music and enjoyed playing the drums in several local bands. He will be remembered for his talent as a sound technician.

Tim is survived by three sons Joshua Kern of Massillon, Zachary Kern and Nicholas Kern of Plain Twp., his parents Jack and Ellen Kern of Jackson Twp., sisters Beckie Jeffrey of Indianapolis and Barb Daily of Massillon, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Family and close friends may attend a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 6:30 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave N.W. Visitation will be from 5:30 PM to 6:30 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the service.

In addition, there will be a Celebration of Life Wake on December 11, 2011 at Sadie Renee's from 2 to 6 P.M.
