Wilda Louise (Anglin) Sandridge, formerly of Massillon, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2912 in Columbus. She was born on May 23, 1921, in Philippi WV, daughter of the late Lee and Stella (Mackey) Daugherty.

Wilda was a member of the Massillon Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Anglin of Akron; daughter, Kay Haddox of Columbus; brother, Gail Daugherty of Woodstock, GA; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Wilford B. Anglin and B. Lee Sandridge; son, Joseph Anglin; brother, Garnett Daugherty; sisters, Phyllis Trunick and Judy Jones; and grandsons, Gregory and David Anglin.

Wilda was a 1939 graduate of Belington High School in WV and the Hammel-Actual Business College of Akron, where she worked at O'Neil's and Polsky's department stores and various clerical positions. She was very proud of her Irish heritage and her home state of West Virginia, which she loved to visit in the fall to see the beautiful foliage. Most of all Wilda loved being a homemaker and was a wonderful cook. She will be sadly missed by her surviving children.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 10 A.M. Heitger Funeral Home - Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. N.W., Massillon with Rev. Glenn Hawkins officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 5 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home.
