Diane M. (Kennedy) Krueger

Diane M. (Kennedy) Krueger, age 58, went home peacefully in the arms of our Lord, on Saturday, May 22, 2021.  

She was born October 29, 1962 in Massillon, daughter of Agnes (Maurer) Kennedy-DeVault of Massillon, and the late David Kennedy.

Diane was a graduate of Tuslaw High School where she was active in many plays, choir events and was a cheerleader. 

She had worked at Doctors Hospital and Stark-Kent University.  

Diane was a member of St. Barbara Catholic church where she was in the contemporary choir, was a cantor, and sang for weddings.  Diane loved to sing.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her sister, Rebecca Ann Wilson; grandparents, Frances and Berdellia Maurer; brother-in-law, Bill Wade; step-father Kennard DeVault; and in-laws, Herbert and Sally Krueger.

Diane is survived by her husband of 36 years, Gary Krueger, daughter, Karissa and granddaughter Aiyana all of Massillon; son, Kyle of North Carolina; brother David (Renee) Kennedy of North Carolina; brother-in-law, Lenny Wilson; mother, Agnes Kennedy-DeVault of Massillon; sisters-in-laws, Debbie (David) Williams, Kathy Smith of Toledo and Ginga Wade.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 4 to 8 P.M. at St. Barbara Catholic Church 2813 Lincoln Way N.W., Massillon, Ohio  44647.  

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 11 A.M. At St. Barbara Catholic Church. There will also be visitation prior to the mass from 10 to 11 A.M.

Her final place of rest will be Brookfield Cemetery in Massillon.   

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Barbara Church, St. Judes Children's Hospital, or Stark County Humane Society.
