“We would much prefer to leave our home in the body and be at home with the Lord.”
(2 Corinthians 5:8)
At 2:40am, Wednesday, January 6th, 2021, Richard “Dick” Clemens left his temporary earthly home, for his eternal home in heaven. Richard is preceded in passing by his parents Loretta (Martin), Richard G. Clemens, his beloved step-father Frank Bobeck, who loved and treasured him as a son, and brother-in-law Louis Kim Baltzer. He is survived by his sister Catherine “Cathy” Baltzer, niece Christine (Tom) Maurer, and nephew, Michael (Karen) Baltzer. Richard “Dick”, was a kind and gentle man who loved gardening, fishing, leisurely drives to Amish Country, and eating out. He was a life long member of St. Mary’s Church in Massillon and retired from Ansell Perry after 32 years of service. Friends and family are invited to join us in celebrating his life, Tuesday, January 12th at Noon, at Heitger Funeral Home’s Massillon Chapel, 639 First Street NE. Calling hours will be 1-hour before service. Masks are required and social distancing observed for all services. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Massillon or Salvation Army of Massillon.
Condolences may be left and his Video-Gift tribute may be viewed on our tribute wall at www.Heitger.com.
