Theodore Dwain Burch, went home to be with God Aug 17th, 2023.
Born January 9, 1942, he grew up at Lake Cable and enjoyed fishing and gardening.
He attended Jackson schools and Kent State.
Ted was a Vietnam veteran and received the Army Commendation Medal.
He retired from Hoover company in 1980, and managed Rolling Hills Village MHC from 1978 to 2006.
Ted enjoyed his grandchildren and making others laugh.
Ted was a proud member of Saint Barbara’s Catholic Church, and a third-degree Knight of Columbus Council #554.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Anna Burch; brother, Frank (Bud) Burch; daughter, Kristin Weidleman, and grandson Ryder Burch.
Ted is survived by wife 53 years Carolyn (Dodd) Burch; son Scott (Jamie) Burch; grandchildren, Sara, Morgan, and Gabriel Weidleman, great granddaughter Mahala Nelson; and son-in-law, Lawrence Weidleman.
Per his wishes, services will be a private graveside service.
