Milton "Blackie" Treisch, age 79 formerly of Massillon passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Life Care Hospice in Wooster. 
Born May 16, 1938 to Wilson and Alice Treisch of North Lawrence. 
He was preceded in death by both of his parents and sister, Mary Alice.
Blackie is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Janet (Dorffer) Treisch; children, Ken (Randa) Treisch of North Lawrence, Dave Treisch of Navarre, Cindy (Terry) Crock of Massillon, Michael Treisch of Massillon; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Tom (Shauna) Treisch, Bud (Donna) Treisch.
He graduated from Washington High School in 1956.  Married high school sweetheart, Janet in April 26, 1958.  He served in the Air Force Reserves for 6 years.  He was a general contractor for over 30 years and retired from self-employment, working for 10+ years as head maintenance for Massillon Schools. 
His happiest moments were taking his family on vacations and fishing to Rice Lake in Canada every summer.  His family fondly sums up that his biggest joy in life was making sure they were all happy and would do everything possible to ensure their happiness.
He and his wife were members of St. Mary Catholic Church of Massillon.
There will be a celebration of Blackie's Life on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Church of Christ, 915 State Ave NE, Massillon at 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, his family asks for donations to be made to Life Care Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd, Wooster, OH 44691 in Care of Milton Treisch Family.
He and his wife were both residents at The Oaks at Shady Lawn of Dalton.
