Arthur W. Keller, 98 of Massillon passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the Laurels of Massillon.
He was born May 1, 1918 in Massillon the son of the late Walter and Mary (Lonas) Keller.
Art was a WWII Army veteran serving with the 76 Infantry Division in Europe and had received a Purple Heart at the Battle of the Bulge.
He retired in 1982 from Babcox and Wilcox where he had worked for 34 years. 
Art was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, the Moose, AARP, AMVets, DAV, VFW, and the Purple Heart Society.
He is survived by his children, David (Christine) Keller of Greenville, SC, Patricia (Sam) Pappas of Fort Myers, Florida, Nancy (Gary) Baumgardner of Canton; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Herbie Keller, Opal Keller, and Fern Radel.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by Fr. Edward Gretchko, Pastor of St. Mary Catholic Church and will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at St. Paul's Church, 127 Cherry Rd NE, Massillon at 11am.
The family will receive friends from 10am to 10:45am at Heitger Funeral Home - Massillon Chapel, 639 First St NE, prior to the service on Thursday.
Burial will be at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Massillon with military honors.
