Mr Sidaway was a caring teacher and friend. He was my teacher at TC Knapp, the first year it opened. He was a blessing to many and will be greatly missed.

Hazel and families,
Please accept our sincere sympathy wishes in the death of Ted. I, so wanted to get to the funeral home today, but plans got changed as Guido is not doing too well -thought I best spend the day with him ( almost took a trip to Stat Care)!
I will remember fun days spent with you & Ted in the years gone by-we always enjoyed out times together at the Heavilin's pool!
I hope you stay strong & always remember the better days.

With love,
Janet and Guido

One of the best educators Perry Schools had. He started my passion for history. He always made time to talk to you if you needed him. He loved his kids and he was proud of them. He was loved and will be remembered fondly. Blessings and prayers to his family.

Heart broken to read this. Mr. Sidaway was more than a teacher.....he was a mentor, he believed in each of us and he made social studies fun. He was a legacy at pfeiffer.
You will be greatly missed

Ted was an excellent teacher and role model for Peery students for years. His impact on these students will last. So, too, was his work with the Perry Classroom a Teachers Association where his genuine, relaxed, and measured approach to the profession will impact the profession into the future. He leaves a strong legacy.
