I just heard and am so sorry.  My heart and prayers go out to Marylou and Kenny's family.  Kenny and I just reconnected last summer 40 years after high school.  I was looking forward to spending time with him when we come up this summer.  What a great down-to-earth guy.  I'll miss you buddy.

Kenny lived his life happy and content as he was sure he had the world's best mother, wife, daughter, son, daughter and son in laws and grandchildren. I never knew a man who was so truly content with his his lot in life. Life was just that simple to him. We should all be so blessed!

Dearest Marylou, Mae, Nate, Jenna, Marsha, Grandchildren and Families,

"Kenny" was always the life of the party with the gift of gab (BS).  He was the most positive man we have ever met esp. during baseball games--a real cheerleader and team leader.  He was so proud of his wife and kids.  He beamed when he talked about them.  We loved having dinners as couples and lunches with the guys.  It's a comfort to all of us that we just got together, not only to eat but laugh, tell stories and truly enjoy his company.  He will be so missed that sincerest condolences don't seem enough.  May you find peace of mind and strength of heart with all your fun and precious memories.  They say time will heal but it will take years in this case.  He will NEVER be forgotten but we will continue having fun, telling stories and eating good food just as he would have wanted.  Marylou, you are in our hearts and thoughts and loved more than you know.  You have a fabulous family to help you but you also have a baseball family that would do anything for you.  And that's no BS!

Our hearts are broken at this time.  We love you and will see you soon.

"The Gaters"
